How much does a wedding planner cost in Bangalore?

It depends on guest count, venue, and how much you'd like us to handle — decor alone, or full planning end to end. Most full-service wedding planning in Bangalore starts in the low lakhs and scales with scope. How early should I book a wedding planner?

For weddings, 4-6 months ahead gives us the most room to lock in your preferred venue and vendors, especially in wedding season (November to February). We can still deliver on 6-8 weeks' notice, but you'll have fewer venue and vendor options.

Do you provide destination weddings?

Yes. We plan destination weddings across Karnataka and beyond — Coorg, Chikmagalur, Mysore, Goa, and other locations — handling venue sourcing, vendor travel logistics, and on-site execution.

Can you customize wedding themes?

Every wedding we take on starts from a blank page. We build the theme, palette, and decor concept around your story, culture, and venue rather than offering a fixed catalogue of packages.

Do you arrange catering for weddings?

Yes, we coordinate catering as part of full wedding planning — menu planning, tasting sessions, and guest-count-based quantity planning with vetted caterers.

Do you handle both the wedding ceremony and the reception?

Do you provide bridal makeup and photography too?

Can I book same-day decoration?

Sometimes, depending on our schedule and how simple the setup is. Call or WhatsApp us directly for same-day requests rather than using the enquiry form, since we can confirm availability faster that way.

What birthday themes are available?

We build custom themes rather than pulling from a fixed list — cartoon and character themes for kids, elegant milestone themes for adults, and everything in between.

Do you decorate for outdoor birthday parties?

Yes, including garden, terrace, and poolside setups. We factor in Bangalore's weather patterns when planning outdoor decor and always have an indoor backup plan for the monsoon months.

How much does birthday decoration cost?

Simple balloon setups start modestly and scale up with backdrop size, floral additions, and venue styling. Tell us your budget and we'll design within it rather than upselling you past it.

Do you decorate for milestone birthdays like 50th or 60th?

How can I get a quotation?

Fill out the enquiry form on our Contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your event date, guest count, and vision. We typically respond with a starting quote within one business day.

Is advance payment required to book?

Yes, a booking advance secures your date and confirms vendor bookings on our side. The balance is due in agreed installments before and on the event date.

Can I reschedule my event?

Yes, subject to our availability and any vendor commitments already made for your original date. Tell us as early as possible so we can rework the plan with minimal cost impact.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and card payments. Payment terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Can I book online without a phone call?

You can start the conversation entirely online through our enquiry form or WhatsApp. We do recommend a short call before final confirmation, just to align on your date, venue, and requirements.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

We review your requirements, come back with a starting quote and some initial ideas within one business day, then schedule a call or site visit to firm up the plan.

Do you offer package deals for combined services?

Yes — booking decoration, planning, photography, makeup, or entertainment together as one project is usually more cost-effective than booking each separately.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellation terms depend on how close to the event date you cancel, since vendor bookings and advance payments are often non-refundable past a certain point. Full terms are shared in writing before you confirm your booking.

How far in advance do you need for decoration setup?

Setup is typically completed the same day or the evening before, depending on venue access. The design and vendor booking behind it, though, should ideally start 3-6 weeks ahead for the best material availability.
